Groups of Christmas revellers were seen yesterday in Leeds dressed to the festive nines on the Otley Run pub crawl, full of merriment and cheer in a final hurrah before Plan B restrictions come into effect.
The Yorkshire city's infamous pub crawl saw long ques of elves, Father Christmas, Santa's sexy helpers and even a snowman outside many of its pubs, bars and boozers on Saturday afternoon.
Festive partygoers were seen wandering the pub crawl's 1.5mile route which runs between the outskirts of Leeds at Woodies Craft Ale House in Far Headingley and the city centre, finishing at Dry Dock.
The pub crawl includes around 17 pubs and is considered a rite of passage for the city's university students who are expected to have a drink in each boozer they go to, spending an average of 30 minutes in each place.
People were also seen getting dressed up and letting their hair down in Newcastle and Birmingham ahead of the tightening restrictions.
