A RUSSIAN ammo ship was reportedly blown up in a Ukrainian port after its location was exposed in a bungling Kremlin propaganda video.
Footage showed black smoke billowing into the sky as a fire raged at the captured port of Berdyansk in southern Ukraine after Kyiv's forces claimed to have struck the 370ft vessel.
It came just three days after Russian state media bragged about the arrival of the mighty ship at the port.
A clip was released, showing armoured vehicles being unloaded from the large landing craft to reinforce Putin's soldiers in the besieged city of Mariupol.
According to TASS news agency, a Black Sea Fleet officer hailed its arrival at the port of Berdyansk as "an epic event" that "opens up opportunities for the Black Sea in terms of logistics".
But fresh footage shows the Orsk – which was capable of holding up to 1,500 tonnes of equipment and cargo – reduced to a fireball as it reportedly exploded after being struck by Ukraine's navy.

Moscow’s trio of sea ships had been supporting their advance in the nearby port city of Mariupol.
While Orsk sank, and ammunition onboard exploded sending black smoke billowing into the sky, another Kremlin Navy ship was damaged.
Footage showed smoke coming from a second ship while the Orsk was on fire.
A third attempted to leave port before it too was obliterated, while the port’s fuel depot was also understood to be ablaze.

In a Facebook post, the Ukrainian Navy said: "A large paratroop ship 'Orsk' of the black sea fleet of occupiers was destroyed in the occupied Russian port Berdyansk. Glory to Ukraine!"
The port, which is around 50 miles from Mariupol, has been in possession of Russian forces since February 27.
It comes after footage showed a Russian tank completely destroyed by a Ukrainian missile amid reports Putin has lost a total of 3,330 vehicles.
Russia also accidentally revealed it has lost 10,000 troops when the figure was disclosed by a pro-Kremlin newspaper – though NATO has said that figure could be as high as 15,000.
In the last day, Putin's forces have sent 250 air raids over Kyiv, Chernihiv and Kharkiv.
But in defiance, Ukraine said they had blasted 11 aircraft from the skies – seven planes, one helicopter, two cruise missiles and a drone.
Moscow has authorised a terrifying 1,100 missile strikes on Ukraine in the last 22 das – with many hitting schools, hospitals and theatres offering shelter.
Meanwhile, seven humanitarian corridors are expected to be opened up today allowing people to flee safely, the deputy prime minister has said.
However, the besieged city of Mariupol has been left off the list where civilians are urged to head to a nearby town.
