The moment the FBI surrounded an Upper East Side resident accused of traveling to Washington, D.C., with a small arsenal to attend the Jan. 6 Capitol riot was captured on video by a neighbor.
The footage, which was given to the Post by the resident who didn’t want to be identified, shows federal agents with their weapons drawn as they order Samuel Fisher to the ground.
“Put your hand behind your head! Don’t move!” one of the agents screams as Fisher surrenders on the ground, the footage shows.
The agents then cuff Fisher, who repeatedly exclaims, “what the f—k?”
Fisher allegedly traveled to DC to attend President Trump’s rally on Jan. 6, which ended with throngs of the former president’s supporters running riot through the US Capitol building in an attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
Fisher brought several guns with him on the trip, prosecutors said, and a small arsenal was recovered from his car and apartment when agents arrested him Wednesday morning.
The FBI recovered a handgun, rifle, shotgun, 1,000 rounds of ammunition and two bulletproof vests when they brought him into custody, a prosecutor said at his presentment Wednesday.
He was ordered held without bail at his initial court hearing Wednesday evening.
