Sergey Brin has been spotted whisking his blonde date away in a Tesla after a cozy date with a mystery blonde in Malibu last night.
The Google co-founder has been stoically silent during the past week where the spotlight shone on the breakdown of his marriage to his estranged wife Nicole Shanahan, 33.
On Sunday the Wall Street Journal claimed Tesla billionaire Elon Musk, 51, was having an affair with Shanahan, something the pair strenuously deny.
Musk even published a photograph of himself seemingly partying with Brin on a boat the day after the allegations were made public.
Brin, 48, was seen for the first time since the bombshell claims, enjoying dinner with illusionist David Blaine and a mystery blonde woman in Nobu, last night.
The trio were seen leaving the luxury restaurant in California, appearing to be in high spirits as they smiled and chatted.
Illusionist Blaine donned a smart cap and sunglasses with a navy-blue jacket, while tech giant Sergey wore blue checked shirt with dark slacks and trainers.
Brin went to collect the keys to his vehicle from the valet outside of the restaurant, while the woman, who paired her outfit with laid back sandals, smiled as she spoke to Blaine.
He and the blonde, who was dressed in a while linen jumpsuit, both jumped into his white Tesla – adding weight to Musk’s previous claims that the pair were on good terms and partying together.
DailyMail.com’s exclusive photos of Brin’s night out come as The Wall Street Journal defends it’s reporting and sources used in the article alleging the affair. The newspaper also claimed Musk’s online attacks against senior editor Michael Siconolfi were ‘unwarranted’ because he was ‘not part of the editing team for this story.’
All three looked in high spirits as they left the plush Nobu restaurant in Malibu. It is thought to be the first time that Brin has been seen in public since the bombshell affair allegations
Brin’s female companion was all smiles in her while jumpsuit as he chatted to the valet to get the keys to his Tesla before heading off
Brin drove himself and his mystery blonde woman in the Tesla Model 3, worth up to $62,990 for the performance model, away from the restaurant last night
The unidentified blonde clutched her purse as she waited, smiling fondly at the Google co-founder as she chatted to illusionist David Blaine
On Sunday, the Wall Street Journal published a story claiming that Elon Musk slept with Sergey Brin’s wife Nicole Shanahan (pictured) at Art Basel in December last year
She smiled as she chatted to David Blaine, who had joined the pair for dinner before going his separate way after they had finished eating
They then drove the Tesla Model 3, worth up to $62,990 for the performance model, away from the restaurant with his new companion in the passenger seat.
Brin has been at the center of an alleged love triangle with his now estranged wife Nicole Shanahan and pal Elon Musk.
The Wall Street Journal claims that Musk slept with his wife, in a move that reportedly caused a ‘rupture’ in the two tech giants’ relationship.
They also claimed that the pair were romantically involved at Art Basel in December last year, and it was the catalyst for Shanahan and Brin to divorce.
Google founder Sergey filed for divorce in January, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split – and the pair share a four-year-old daughter.
But the worlds richest man has strenuously denied that he ever had a relationship with Shanahan which reportedly took place while the couple were separated last fall.
Musk taunted The Wall Street Journal’s Investigations Editor on Monday morning, tweeting a photo of himself partying with Sergey Brin yesterday in an effort to disprove the newspaper’s bombshell claim.
The Wall Street Journal is standing by its story, with a spokesman for the newspaper telling DailyMail.com; ‘We are confident in our sourcing, and we stand by our reporting.’
Replying to Investigations Editor Michael Siconolfi, Musk shared the photo of himself and Sergey Brin and long with pants and fire emojis in a playful reference to the childish saying ‘liar, liar, pants on fire’.
The newspaper, in a statement to DailyMail.com Friday said: ‘Recent attacks on Michael Siconolfi are unwarranted and unfounded. Mike is a celebrated and widely respected editor and reporter in our industry.
‘He has overseen a wide array of impactful stories with integrity and high standards for The Wall Street Journal over many decades. For the record, Mike was not part of the editing team for this story.’
Musk’s photo shows him standing with Sergey and two other women. It’s unclear where exactly it was taken – Musk was last seen in Mykonos last week – but his jet flew from Austin, where he lives, to San Jose on Saturday.
It comes after Nicole Shanahan’s lawyer told DailyMail.com in an exclusive statement that she did not have an affair with the Tesla founder – calling it an ‘outright lie’.
Bryan Freedman said: ‘Make no mistake, any suggestion that Nicole had an affair with Elon Musk is not only an outright lie but also defamatory.’
Shanahan is a Stanford-educated lawyer who works at the firm Bio-Echa, an investment firm that pours money into projects like bolstering ‘reproductive longevity.’
Brin has not yet commented on the Journal’s claims, but both Shanahan and Musk have denied reports of the affair. Shanahan’s lawyer told DailyMail.com that the story was ‘defamatory’

When the divorce proceedings were launched in January, Nicole said: ‘I hope for Sergey and I to move forward with dignity, honesty and harmony for the sake of our child.
‘And we are both working towards that.’
The Wall Street Journal article also claimed that Sergey was selling off all of his interests in Musk’s companies.
The pair have been friends for years, with Sergey giving Musk $500,000 in 2008 to help him fund Tesla at the peak of the Global Financial Crash.
He also lent Musk the Google Party Plane for the Tesla CEO’s wedding to actress Talulah Riley in 2010.
Sergey and Nicole were married for four years before he filed for divorce in January, with proceedings still currently ongoing. He is the eighth richest man in the world with a net worth of $95billion.
Brin is said to own multiple interests in Musk’s many businesses, all of which he has ordered his aides to sell.
Brin has not yet commented on the Journal’s claims, but Musk has been denying the claims in a frenzy on Twitter accusing the newspaper – which is owned by Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp – of launching ‘hit pieces’ against him all year.
He has also claimed that Shanahan should sue the Wall Street Journal over the claims, and ‘win’, but he could not because he was a ‘public person.’
