SHOCKING photos show the wild effects of a collapsed parking lot which left fifty people displaced, according to local reports.

Pittsburgh emergency crews are responding to the wild scene on Franktown Road that left cars stranded.


Penn Hills police said that no injuries have been reported at this time, WPXI said.

"The Penn Hills Police Chief tells me there was an abandoned warehouse under the parking lot where squatters may have been living," WPXI reported.

"Emergency crews are checking to see if there is anyone under the concrete."

A part of Penn Hills Shopping Center that is near the apartments is being evacuated.

Local fire officials and EMS were called to respond to the incident.

No injuries have been reported at this time.
