Leah Croucher's family have left heart-wrenching notes at the site where remains, thought to be hers, were found and declared: "We will never stop seeking answers."
Swathes of notes were left outside the Milton Keynes house where police searching for the 19-year-old found human remains, paying tribute to the girl who went missing on February 15 2019.
Leah's parents visited the £500,000 home just before 8pm on Thursday night (October 13) and left a note addressed to the girl, saying the future looks "so bleak" without their daughter.

The note said: “To our darling Leah, our darkest fears have come true.
“We only need to be apart a little longer now. We have so missed you for so long already.
“The future looks so bleak now we know we will never see you smile or hear your laughter again.
“We will cherish your memories forever. We love you, mum and dad.”
Following the visit, the parents laid flowers at a nearby memorial where members of the public had left bouquets, stuffed toys and candles.

A bouquet of flowers and note written by Leah's “big sister and nephew Reggie”, was also left in tribute.
The note read: “To my beautiful sister Leah.
“My heart has broken, my mind racing with thoughts and my body numb.
“How can a life a beautiful as yours come to an end in such a tragic way?
“I have loved you from your first breath and I will love you until my last.
“There has never been a moment where you were not in my thoughts and there never will be.”
A note pinned outside the property by her Nan and Grandad also said: “We will never stop seeking answers. Will love and miss you always.”
Police went to the Furzton home after receiving a tip-off from a member of the public on Monday and upon visiting the property said they found her rucksack and other personal belongings as well as human remains.
In the wake of the discovery officers admitted they had visited the now-empty home in 2019, when Leah first vanished, but when no-one answered the door they simply left leaflets there.
Leah, who had been working as an admin assistant when she went missing, lived just 10 minutes away from the property and passed it every day on her way to work.
The home had previously housed a convicted sex offender – however he was ruled out as a suspect as he was in jail when Leah disappeared.

It is understood the property is owned by a Kuwaiti businesswoman who let it out, but she has no connection to the police inquiry at this time.
A post-mortem is due to be carried out today (October 14), with the probe expected to take several weeks.
A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said they were “dealing with a difficult and challenging scene and are conducting our investigations thoroughly and with dignity”.
