Graphic footage shows a man in a stolen car being pursued by cops before colliding with another vehicle and crashing into a building, causing it to collapse.
The incident happened at a Baltimore intersection in February where the crash flattened most of the unoccupied building, killing a pedestrian and injuring five others.
Driver Shawn Lee Brunson, 33, was arrested at the scene and was later charged with stealing a 2017 Hyundai Sonata along with other offences related to the matter.
The chase started after cops spotted the stolen vehicle in the area of East North Avenue and tried to check it but the driver took off.
