Two girls, 14 & 15, ‘raped after being approached by two men outside McDonald’s’ in Nuneaton | The Sun

TWO teen girls, aged 14 and 15, have allegedly been raped after being approached by a pair of men outside a McDonald's.

Cops are appealing for witnesses after receiving reports of the horror attack taking place last night in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

One girl was raped between 7pm and 8pm in Riversley Park, while the second was set upon in Jubilee park between 7pm and 10pm, Warwickshire Police understand.

The first suspect is described as around 5ft 5in tall, with a skinny build, tanned skin, straight black hair and some facial hair.

He was apparently wearing black trousers and black puffa coat and had diamond stud earrings.

The other man was described as a similar height and build, but pale with short black, curly hair and wearing a black puffa coat, with black tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.

Detective Inspector Paul Sartoris said: "These were shocking incidents and were devastating for both victims who are being supported by specially trained officers.

"While no arrests have been made, a full investigation is underway to establish the circumstances surrounding these incidents, which I recognise will cause great concern in the community."

He added that there will be a heightened police presence in the town over the coming days and a pair of scene guards remain in place.

Police are urging anyone with information about the alleged crimes to come forward.
