A meteorological forecast chart from WXCharts shows a snowy weather front taking its toll across the UK this month. The latest graphic shows that snow could first arrive in Scotland within a week. The weather map forecast reveals potential snowfall across northwest Scotland from November 17th.

Over the following days, the likelihood of snow covering all of Scotland rockets to 50 percent.

The wintry weather will continue to dominate Scotland for the rest of November, while the white stuff spreads further south.

By November 23, the snow has the potential to blanket Northern Ireland, Wales, and large parts of northern England.

A day later, according to the WXCharts forecast, the southeast and London could see their first flurry of snow.

Mr Deakin added that it will be a “soggy Sunday” for Scotland, but the rest of the country will only see an “odd shower here and there”.

Temperatures will remain in the double digits on Sunday.

This comes as Storm Blas wreaks havoc in Europe, particularly the Balearics and parts of Italy.
