Who are Elizabeth Holmes' parents?
Holmes' parents, Christian Holmes IV and Noel Holmes, were both Washington DC residents during the Ronald Reagan presidency when Holmes was born.
Holmes' parents both worked on Capitol Hill for the US political system.
Her mother Noel was a policy aide, and her father Christian bounced around to various government agencies in DC.
Eventually, the Holmes family relocated to Houston, Texas, where Christian became the Vice President of Enron.
During his time at Enron, the company was busted for major corporate fraud.
Christian was also a member of the family who started Fleischmann's Yeast.
While it's unclear where Holmes' parents live now, they were in attendance at her trial.

Who is Elizabeth Holmes?
Elizabeth Holmes, 38, was born in Washington DC and at just 19 years old became the CEO of her own health technology company.
Holmes' company, Theranos, promised to revolutionize the blood-testing industry.
Forbes Magazine named Holmes the youngest billionaire in America in 2015, but that same year, news began to leak about false promises from her company and overblown valuations.
In 2018, researchers discovered that Holmes was frauding her investors and tweaking her cash flow numbers.
Holmes was also using a method that did not actually effectively test her patients' blood samples.
Does Elizabeth Holmes have any siblings?
Holmes has one brother, Christian Holmes V.
Christian V was hired by his sister's company Theranos, despite having no background in science or biology.
Christian V was not charged with any counts of wrongdoing in Theranos.
