Who is Rep. Scott Perry?

SINCE 2013, Scott Perry has been the US Representative for Pennsylvania.

He presently serves on the House Committees on Transportation and Infrastructure and Foreign Affairs.

Who is he, and where is he from?

Scott Perry was born in San Diego, California on May 27, 1962. However, his family moved to Dillsburg, Pennsylvania when he was seven years old.

Growing up, Perry did not know his biological father growing up. He revealed to The Hill that his mother and stepfather struggled to maintain a consistent job. Therefore, his house had neither running water nor electricity.

Besides being in public office, Perry has held many other titles, such as a mechanic, dock worker, draftsman and insurance agent.

Where did he go to school?

When it was time for Perry to depart from his childhood home, he decided to pursue a business degree at Pennsylvania State University.

In July 2012, he also received a master's degree in strategic planning from the United States Army War College.
