Workers will be able to finish at lunchtime on Fridays in the summer to keep them happy.
The move comes as many firms struggle to keep top staff.
Joe Ryle, from the 4 Day Week Campaign, said: “Pressure for a four-day week has been building and it’s resulting in companies looking at different ways of doing business.

"The traditional 9-5, 5-day working week is outdated and no longer fit for purpose. We are long overdue an update and reduced summer working hours gives companies the opportunity to experiment with a shorter working week."
Mondelez International, which owns Cadbury, and sportswear giant Nike offer workers the chance to have half-days on Fridays. And employees of L’Oréal and online fashion retailer Asos are allowed to clock off at 3pm on Fridays.
Cereal firm Kellogg’s lets staff leave at midday between May and September.
Kellogg’s UK boss Chris Silcock said: “We’ve been offering summer hours for 20 years now because we know it works.”
