Just how does Eva get her sculpted bod? Well, the actress is a huge fan of trampoline workouts with trainer Aly Giampolo, founder of trampoline studio The Ness, on the ‘gram. You’ve probably seen them on her Instagram before. “Can’t live without my trampoline!!” she captioned an old post. Whether it’s with weights, with friends, or even on a boat, Eva does her mini trampoline workouts literally everywhere, all the time.
Eva also includes “very serious weight training,” she told Us Weekly. Back in 2018, celeb trainer Grant Roberts helped her get into building muscle by doing deadlifts, wide-grip lat pull-downs, reverse dumbbell flyes, and spinal twists.

Eva also switches things up in the gym by using cable machines and TRX suspension systems to sculpt her whole body at once. Roberts told Hollywood Life that “She is superhuman, I don’t know how else to explain it.”
When she’s not sweating it out with all those intense options, Eva relaxes with a little yoga. After all, even a “superhuman” needs to stretch once in a while.
