Sources told the site that the buyer intends to use the space for another commercial use purpose.
The dance teacher also confirmed the news on her Instagram, sharing a post about the sale.
“Before there were tons of children with dreams… there was this 22yr old with a dream to build my own State of the Art Facility with the best sprung floors money could buy, the sturdiest Ballet Barres, sky high ceilings to tumble safely, a beautiful boutique, and that oh so special Parent Observation Mezzanine – where you watched your toddler learn step by step how to do a cartwheel and finally grin up at you when it all clicked and then peek from the top of the steps as your graduating Sr ran their solo for the last time before a prestigious Title Comp that could very well change the trajectory of their life! And I did it!!! I did it for my students! *Please follow me closely over the next few days for rare content!” she captioned her post.
The iconic studio was where we were introduced to now stars like Maddie and Kenzie Ziegler, JoJo Siwa, Ava Michelle, Nia Sioux and more, as they trained under Abby Lee and filmed for the popular series.
If you didn’t know, following the success of the show, Abby opened another studio in Los Angeles, which is still open!
