Amanda Holden explores the Heart office in a safari dress

Never one to take herself too seriously, Amanda Holden has given fans a laugh by uploading a video to Instagram of her larking around at work.

Amanda, who juggles being a judge on Britain’s Got Talent as well as hosting Heart FM’s breakfast show with Jamie Theakston, shared the video with her 2 million followers.

Showing off her athletic figure, Amanda showed us what it may look like if the latest Indiana Jones movie had been set in the Heart FM offices.

Starting the video off wrapped in two Royal Mail sacks, she escapes to run and roll through the office, dodging a series of obstacles in her way, including a beach ball and balloons, even stopping to grab a bottle of milk on the way to her to escape via the lift, as any good superhero would.

Dressed in a softly tailored white belted maxi dress from Karen Millen, the collared neckline and flap pockets gave the 52-year-old safari vibes as she captioned her video saying: “Feeling very ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’ in my safari dress from @karen_millen today,” followed by a crying with laughter and flexed bicep emoji.

She paired the dress, which retails for £219 on, with a cream pair of heeled ankle boots and gold bangles.

The video, which has been liked by over 7,000 Instagram users, is set to the Raiders March theme tune from the hit 1981 movie starring Harrison Ford. And it comes at a great time as the latest Indiana Jones movie, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, is set to be released in cinemas on June 30.

Hundreds of fans took to the comments, with some describing the clip as “bonkers” and “mad as a box of frogs”.

Amanda is currently judging the latest series of Britain’s Got Talent alongside veteran judges Alesha Dixon and Simon Cowell.

Bruno Tonioli is the latest judge to join the panel following David Walliams’ exit.

The comedian left after 10 years when a recording of him making derogatory remarks about some of the show’s participants was leaked.

Amanda can also be found hosting the breakfast show on Heart FM every weekday morning from 6.30am.
