Shamed You star Chris D’Elia has been accused of sexual harassment, abuse and assault by multiple women – three years after the star was hit by sexual misconduct allegations.

10 women have accused D’Elia, 43, of preying on them – with four of the alleged victims claiming they were teenagers when the alleged incidents occurred, Rolling Stone reports.

D’Elia is alleged to have asked the women for sexual images and videos, asked for sexual favors in exchange for free tickets to his shows, sexually solicited them on social media, tracked their locations, picked out outfits, imposed curfews and even forced some of them to get a tattoo of his initials.

A spokesman for D’Elia issued a general denial to the claims to the publication.

Jazzmyn Wollfe claims she first connected with D’Elia over Instagram stories in 2020 – she was living in Canada with her estranged  husband and their young daughter and ‘needed a distraction.’

New claims: Shamed You star Chris D’Elia has been accused of sexual harassment, abuse and assault by multiple women – three years after the star was hit by sexual misconduct allegations  (pictured 2020)

She says she responded to D’Elia’s Instagram story and within minutes, the star responded.

She claims the chat moved to Snapchat and that by the end of the day, D’Elia asked she send nude photos, which she did.

Wollfe alleges  D’Elia spoke about his own strained relationship with now-wife Kristin Taylor, saying he was living with her for the sake of their child.

They would message every day, sending Snapchat videos and met in March 2020.

Wollfe alleges that in November 2021 D’Elia once asked her to send an explicit video of herself in ‘public view’ – recounting how she sat in the driver’s seat of her car in a parking lot.

She claims she only had ‘seconds’ to do so, before D’Elia would become furious – and says she told him she wasn’t comfortable recording herself in public – to which the star ‘didn’t care.’

She further alleges that he made her film an apology video minutes later which he scripted – with the video seen by the publication.

Wollfe also claims D’Elia frequently requested she ‘get on her knees and say she was nothing.’

Wollfe claims  D’Elia called her his girlfriend, told her he loved her within weeks but was not monogamous.

She would get his initials tattooed on her neck in the shape of a heart and says: ‘I wasn’t allowed to speak to other men. He would ask me for screenshots if men reached out to me.’

She claims he tracked her location, berated her for dressing ‘too sexy’ and caused her to drop to 100lbs and relapse into an eating disorder – due to wanting her to stay ‘thin and petite’.

Wollfe says he had a harem of women across the country ‘doing his bidding’ and even put her in touch with another of his girlfriends so they could become roommates.

She claims D’Elia asked her to send a topless video of herself on her knees saying: ‘I’m a D’Elia girl’ and that when she did, the actor sent her numerous Snapchat videos of different women doing the same. She alleges D’Elia had a least a dozen women sending nude photos and videos to him.

Wollfe claims the ’emotionally abusive, manipulative, and controlling relationship’ with D’Elia continued until last year – with most of their interactions taking place online via disappearing messages on Snapchat and a handful of face-to-face encounters in LA.

She said: ‘I began to actually believe [I was ‘nothing’] and lose such a sense of myself as an individual person because you can only hear something so many times before you start to internalize that.’

D’Elia, through his attorney Andrew Brettler, called into question Wollfe’s credibility for ‘entering into early discussions of a possible $100,000 settlement in exchange for cutting off communications with media publications.’

Wollfe says she never received any cash and blocked Brettler who she branded ‘manipulative’ – which Brettler denied.

Emma claims to have ended a year relationship with the actor after the 2020 allegations emerged. She says after watching Kyle Anderson’s YouTube documentary – The Chris D’Elia problem  that she realized she wasn’t alone in suffering lasting ill-effects from D’Elia’s behavior.

She said: ‘I will always struggle with figuring out what feels normal in a relationship because of it… I’m not sure [D’Elia will] ever fully understand the scope of what he has done to a lot of women.’

Emma, then 22, began messaging the actor in 2019 and claims their chat on Snapchat quickly turned sexual.

She claims he exhibited increasing control over her life, and she feared he would cut off contact if she disobeyed his demands.

Both Wollfe and Emma claim that when they tried to end their ‘cult-like’ relationships with the actor, that he pleaded for another chance, made suicidal statements and said they were the only ones who understood him.

Wollfe and Emma claim they were back in touch with the actor in summer 2020 and that he became more manipulative with ‘darker and more intense’ sexual demands.

Wollfe alleges he requested she urinate into her underwear and show him. She says she attempted to break away from him in December 2021 due to being aware of his ‘gaslighting’ and by April 2022 she had left.

She claims to have confronted the actor in August of that year for closure – with D’Elia allegedly saying in a recorded conversation that he had ‘no idea how he was affecting her.’

D’Elia allegedly tried to get Wollfe to delete their conversations and posts online about her story.

Women in the US and Canada claim that while D’Elia was on tour he would scout out female fans in the city he was about to perform – or pick out others from the crowd after D’Elia trawled social media.

Other women say they reached out to D’Elia as fans before he allegedly turned the conversation sexual.

Two women allege  D’Elia offered free or special tickets to one of his shows – Lindsay McKearn says she reached out to D’Elia for help getting a ticket to his sold-out 2014 show in Albany, New York.

The pair had messaged on Facebook years prior and McKearn claim: ‘ One of Chris’s first comments when we decided that he was gonna get me into the show was, “Will you suck my d**k?”‘ D’Elia did not respond to the claim

Samantha Simmons claims she was 17 when  D’Elia offered VIP tickets to a South Carolina show but claims when she mentioned her mother would be escorting her that D’Elia advised her to ‘ditch’ her parent so they ‘could hang out.’

Simmons says she told  D’Elia she was underage and that he allegedly responded: ‘you’re a little young’ but allegedly continued messaging her and asked for her Snapchat. She did not attend the show. D’Elia did not respond to the claim.

Simone Rossi claims she was 16 when she messaged  D’Elia who allegedly said: ‘How [are] we supposed to make out then”‘ in July 2014 after finding out she lived in Arizona not LA.

She claims he messaged her again in January 2015 saying he was in Tempe, Arizona, before a show and asked if they could ‘hang out.’

Rossi and D’Elia state he stopped messaging her when he asked for her Instagram where her age was clear. Rossi has shared their alleged exchanges on Twitter in 2020.

Another woman, speaking under the pseudonym Jenna, says she was in her late 20s in 2018 when she began messaging D’Elia as a fan, before sending him nude photos.

She claims  D’Elia began controlling her, choosing her nail color, commenting on her waist size and asking her to get a tattoo in his honor.

Amanda Koopa, a huge fan of the actor and then 28, had flirted on Snapchat in 2014, with the dialogue ending when she claims she refused a request from the actor to show him her vagina and failed to attend one of his shows.

She claims the actor told her he booked a show in her  hometown of North Battleford in Saskatchewan, Canada in February 2018 – and alleges he messaged her the night before the show to meet at his hotel.

She alleges he made a comment about ‘head only’ when discussing the meeting, and that he ‘quickly began  putting his hands all over me’ when she arrived.

She claims he told her to get on her knees as she cried, grabbed her face and said ‘look at me’. She alleges he said ‘if you just do everything I say, it’ll be ok.

She then claims he made her perform oral sex on him while he instructed her and ‘suggestively asked how old she was.’

D’Elia, through his attorney, claimed to the publication the encounter was consensual and that Koopa was ‘not credible’ and had changed her story about the encounter since posting a Youtube video about the alleged incident.

Alexa, who  requested to be identified by only her first name, claims she described herself as one of the actor’s ‘babies’ when she was 18 years old and crossed paths with the star.

Inspired by his comedy while she was undergoing treatment for an eating disorder in August 2019, she messaged him on Instagram and allegedly met up up with him after a show in San Jose, California (according to screenshots seen by the publication.’

Alexa claims she performed oral sex on him in his hotel room. She says his attention kept her going and that he would ask about her weight and ask her to step on a scale for him.

She further claims the actor requested she call him ‘daddy’, called her ‘his girl’ and ‘became angry’ if she met up with boys,

Alexa claims she met up with D’Elia again that October at one of his shows at LA’s Laugh Factory where he saved her a free ticket.

She claims to have performed oral sex on him in his car and that he told her they should ‘f*** next time.’

Alexa claims she then began to pull away from him, saying:  Legally, he knew exactly what he was doing and that it was going to be OK. But morally, anybody in their right mind would be disgusted. We were both legal adults. I had about four months to practice being a legal adult, and he had 20-plus years to practice.’

The publication reports it has learned the FBI has interviewed several of D’Elia’s ‘accusers and potential witnesses’

An FBI spokesman told DailyMail.com: ‘As a matter of longstanding policy, the FBI neither confirms nor denies investigations to protect both the integrity of an investigation and the reputation of those potentially involved in it.’

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Chris D’Elia for comment.

Back in February 2021, D’Elia reemerged with a YouTube video following eight months out of the public eye after he was accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women.

The disgraced comedian shared a nearly 10-minute video in which he claimed that he has ‘a problem’ and that sex ‘controlled’ his life.

‘I know it’s been a really long time since you’ve heard from me,’ he opened the video before saying he stood by his initial statement that all of his relationships have been ‘consensual and legal.’

‘I wanted that statement to speak for itself,’ he continued

He said he wanted to get back to doing stand-up and recording his podcast, but he though it was ‘best to take a long, hard look at myself.’

‘I do know how it looks with all the stuff that’s been said, and the emails that have been put out there, and what the media’s trying to say,’ he continued.

‘I know it looks bad, and it doesn’t show the full scope of what happened. I stand by the fact that all my relationships have been consensual and legal, and that’s just it. That’s the truth.’

D’Elia claimed he had sought out medical advice and therapy while he was out of the public eye.

He said those consultations taught him that ‘this was always about sex to me.’

‘Sex controlled my life,’ he continued. ‘And I have a problem. And I do have a problem…I need to do work on that.’

He claimed that when his career started taking off in his early thirties, ‘sex got a lot easier.’

‘I felt like, oh wow, I don’t need to work as hard. I can just do a show and then have sex. Or roll into a city and look at my inbox and then just start writing it,’ he said, referencing his messages to women for sex.

The actor claimed their were many more blunt messages to women about having sex than were shared on social media, but he said he thought his blunt manner of asking for sex was appropriate so as to not disguise his intentions.

Too close to reality: After the initial claims emerged in 2020, D’Elia was dropped by his talent agency CAA and a Workaholics episode he made a guest appearance in as a child molester was removed from streaming platforms

‘That was what I thought was right. I realized through all of this that doing that is just treating sex like it’s casual and being flippant with people.

He continued: ‘And that’s not the guy I want to be, and I’m sorry for that. It makes me feel shameful and it makes me feel bad.’

Three women have accused D’Elia of exposing himself to them without their consent, which doesn’t seem to be addressed by the video about his sex practices.

Prior to them coming forward, he was accused of soliciting sex from underage girls on social media.

After the initial reporting, D’Elia was dropped by his talent agency CAA and a Workaholics episode he made a guest appearance in as a child molester was removed from streaming platforms.

At the time, the comic and actor had a prank series in the works at Netflix that also featured comedian Bryan Callen, but that was scrapped by the streamer.

In October 2022 a woman who claimed that the comedian  threatened to leak explicit videos featuring her was denied a permanent restraining order against him.

Caroline Schmitz had her request for a permanent protective order shut down by a judge y after previously being granted a temporary restraining order against the  comedian, TMZ reported.

Despite her claims, D’Elia claimed last month via his attorney that he had never met the woman.

In court documents obtained last month by TMZ, Schmitz previously alleged that the comedian and actor had sent her threatening messages.

In the documents, she claimed she met D’Elia in 2017 when she was a working comedian, and they allegedly hooked up several times.

The temporary restraining order filing claimed that D’Elia contacted Schmitz in May through OnlyFans, a popular subscription site that is often used by adult content creators.

Schmitz alleged that D’Elia was behind an OnlyFans profile that threatened to post intimate videos of her and advised her to leave Los Angeles, according to court documents.

‘These accusations are as fantastical as they are defamatory. Chris has never met this person,’ D’Elia’s attorney Andrew Brettler told TMZ at the time.

‘But over the last year, she has sent him increasingly disturbing text and audio messages, including making threats against him and his family. If anyone is going to get a restraining order here, it’s going to be Chris,’ Brettler added.
