Craig Revel Horwood, 56, has been outspoken on his views about the coronavirus vaccine. The Strictly Come Dancing judge has now reportedly said dancers who are not vaccinated should be replaced by vaccinated professionals.

An insider who is close to Craig claimed that the judge would like a “no jab, no job” policy to be implemented.

The source said: “There will always be a dancer to replace anyone who hasn’t been double-jabbed.

“He would like the tour policy to be, ‘No jab, no job..’

“But it remains to be seen if he can achieve that when it comes to bookings.”

They continued to The Sun on Sunday: “Past tours have seen celebs with partners they were not with on the show so, in theory, dancers could be swapped out.”

Express.co.uk has put the claims to Craig’s rep and the Tour rep and at the time of publication had not received a response.

Craig recently expressed his stance on the unnamed Strictly professionals who have reportedly declined the coronavirus vaccine.

In an interview with The Times, Craig explained how he felt about the issue.

He said: “This is no different a vaccine to the flu or anything, and why people are up in arms about it I have no idea.

“I think it’s ridiculous.”

Craig continued: “I do know someone that is refusing to have it and that drives me nuts.”

The TV personality has previously pointed out the programme’s measures to keep everyone safe during filming.

In one of such preventive steps, TV bosses installed plastic dividers between the judges to reduce the risk of coronavirus transmission.

Craig explained that the measure made it difficult to hear his peers.

He said: “Oh my god, the Perspex is even worse now because it is even thicker and we are on separate desks.

“So I am straining to hear anything anyone says.

“We are so far separated.”

He added of Anton: “I can’t hear a word he is saying, not a word. I love that.”

Craig also confessed he is fed up with other judges pinching his catchphrases.

He told the Daily Star: “They’ve all tried to do it. Shirley said ‘fabulous’ and I looked at her and glared.”
