While the COVID-19 pandemic has hit many financially, the past year has seen TV star Declan Donnelly’s fortunes rise to a massive £27.5m, according to reports.
Dec, 45, who is one half of presenting duo Ant and Dec, ‘added £1m to his bottom-line last year’ according to The Sun, with his TV company Deecourt Limited raking in £2,255 per day.
His company’s exact balance is £27,523,787 according to the financial 2020 reports – an improvement on its £26,700,421 balance in 2019.

This is broken down to £16m in investment purchases and £6.6m worth of sales. A £112,017 profit was made on these investments.
The extra million is made up of £3,021 in computer equipment, a £29,956 corporation tax refund, and £1,303,654 in ‘holding cash’.
The company launched in 2006, with £458,901 to its name, after its first year in business. From then, the balance has only risen, due to ‘services provided by the director as a television presenter.’

While the latter was cancelled this year due to the pandemic, ITV managed to keep the shows mostly afloat – relocating I’m A Celeb to Wales for its 2020 series, rather than the usual Australia.
Dec – who is married to talent agent Ali Astall with whom he shares daughter Isla, two, has seen his fortunes steadily rise since 2007, typically adding £1-3m onto it each year.
Meanwhile, TV partner Ant’s Teecourt firm was closed last year, with its closing balance at £20,411,723 in 2018.

Ant still runs other companies with Dec – six in total – including advertising firm Hurley Promotions, which boasts £5,143,014 in shareholder funds currently.
They also own a Mitre Holdings – which has a £2.5m property in London to its name – and Mitre Television – with a balance of having £3,193,368.
Mitre Productions, Mitre Rights, Ant & Dec Productions, and Mitre Studios are there other companies – the latter only a year old.
