Avengers Campus is opening THIS summer!
The new land at Disneyland resort’s Disney California Adventure park will be ready for fans on June 4th, just less than a year after it was originally supposed to open.
Disneyland just shared the news, along with the first official photos and teaser video of the brand new Marvel-themed land.
Avengers Campus is “dedicated to the next generation of Super Heroes” and invites guests “to team up with the Avengers and their allies to live out their Super Hero dreams in this fully immersive land that mixes innovative technology and fun for all ages.”
The land includes the Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout ride, as well as the brand new WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure ride. Be sure to check out the teaser of Tom Holland reprising his Spider-Man for the ride!
Also featured in the land, Spider-Man will swing above the rooftops with incredible acrobatic feats, Iron Man dons a new suit of armor, Doctor Strange will bring the mystic arts to an Ancient Sanctum, and Ant-Man and The Wasp will appear for the first time at Disneyland Resort.
There will even be several new dining spots with “dishes that are rich in both flavor and storytelling, including normal foods at unusual scales.”
If you missed it, Disneyland will be opening back up for guests at the end of April, over a year after closing it’s gates due to the pandemic. It is the final Disney Park to reopen.
