EMILY PRESCOTT: Watch your mitts! Matt Hancock’s girlfriend Gina Coladangelo told him to be careful where he put his hands on I’m A Celeb bridge

His jungle exploits raised eyebrows enough, so it’s no wonder that Matt Hancock and his girlfriend Gina Coladangelo were desperate to avoid more furore when they reunited on the famous I’m A Celebrity bridge after his stint in camp.

I hear Gina, his former aide, jokingly told Matt just before he embraced her after 18 days apart to be careful where he put his hands – fearing that they’d end up recreating the infamous CCTV shots of them in a lusty clinch that made the front pages when their affair was revealed.

Advertising mogul Lord Saatchi is paying tribute to his late wife, author Josephine Hart, by commissioning National Theatre playwright David Eldridge to write a West End stage version of her 1991 novel Damage.

Lord Saatchi tells me that Josephine would be honoured to see her book adapted by Eldridge, but I hope the stage version is tamer than the rather erotic 1992 film adaptation which starred Jeremy Irons as an MP who falls for his son’s fiancee, played by Juliette Binoche.

With a family fortune estimated at £5.7 billion, I don’t suppose Willa Keswick needed to ensure the family budget added up before planning a baby.

Socialite and former nightclub owner Willa, 38 – a member of the Jardine Matheson dynasty which owns the Mandarin Oriental hotel chain – is expecting her first child with hubby Jake Morant.

The pair are pictured on their wedding day last summer.
