Taking to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, the 32 year old shared a picture of two plates full of bread and salad and wrote: “One of the best things about having a baby is when people bring and make you food.”

She then thanked her sister Sophie for the meal.

In the next slide, she gave viewers a better look at her food and listed what made up the delicious-looking salad: sourdough, bruschetta, balsamic roasted tomatoes, rocket, and parma ham.

Announcing her baby's birth, Ferne took to Instagram to share a black-and-white reel with clips of the couple's newborn and penned: “It’s a girl. 06.07.23."

Her fiancé commented underneath: "Our baby girl [heart emojis] proud of you."

Ferne previously shared spoke to OK! about her pregnancy, telling us that she was embracing her body and feeling “sexier than ever”.

“I’ve honestly never felt sexier in my body,” she said. “Me and Lorri were laughing the other day, because he said to me, ‘You’re always naked!’ And yeah, I am, but it’s roasting, so what else can you do? I sometimes catch myself walking past the mirror and [I’m like] ‘Yeah, she’s looking good.’

"I feel at my prime femininity and really sexy and that’s not in an arrogant way, but I finally feel confident in myself. I’m embracing my lumps and bumps.”

She continued by saying that pregnancy is “mind-blowing, magical, and crazy”.

“I love these final stages of pregnancy. Everything feels really compact and taut. I just embrace being pregnant – it’s mind-blowing, magical, and crazy all at the same time. It’s such a surreal, alien feeling. I’ll never get over that there’s a little human inside of me. I love the female form.”

Ferne also said that her current relationship is the one that she has felt most comfortable and confident in.

“I really need to give credit to my relationship because I’ve never been comfortable enough in the past to be fully stark naked, boobs out and ‘Here I am in my natural state.’ I would never embrace me as I am. I would get changed in another room. It’s a nice thought that I can be so open with him because I’m now so comfortable with myself.

“After I had Sunday and I breastfed for six months, I used to joke about my boobs, saying they were spaniel ears, golf balls in socks, when actually they fed my baby and they perked up again over two years. I spoke about wanting a boob job and I just don’t feel like that anymore.”

She continued: “Someone said, ‘You’ll meet someone that’ll love not only your boobs but you for who you are.’ And that’s such a reassuring place, especially for me to be in a relationship where I can be that confident, not just in myself, but with my partner as well.’ He really makes me feel good and he’ll stop and go, ‘You actually look amazing.’”
