Gemma Collins has revealed she is secretly adding butter to her boyfriend Rami Hawash's meals, so he is more cuddly for Christmas.

The Essex star let the cat out of the bag on an episode of The Gemma Collins Love Lounge, talking about how her partner is just too muscly.

The TV reality show icon revealed she has drawn up her plan as she feels Rami is not "cuddly enough" for her. She confessed to fans of the podcast: "I do like to get cosy with Rami, I love cuddles, and because Rami is quite into his fitness and stuff, he’s got a six pack and that, when I cuddle him he’s not as cuddly."

The 40 year old will be hoping he wasn't listening, as she continued to reveal her wicked plan. She admitted: “So secretly I'm going to start whacking butter into his dinners."

But, GC has been on her own mission to improve her physical and mental health. Walking a lot and making sure she hits a high step count number have made all the difference for Gemma.

She said on her BBC podcast: “I’ve been getting my steps in. It really makes a difference. I've already gone down a dress size, I can tell in my exercise clothes. It just feels so much better.”

Gemma and Rami first dated in 2011 and after getting engaged, they did not eventually get married. But, as they say, love always wins and Gemma and Rami rekindled their romance in the summer.

To mark their reunion in August, Gemma shared a loving post to her two million Instagram followers, in celebration of Rami's birthday.

She declared: "The timing wasn’t right then but the universe put us back together….. and I didn’t expect it one bit, just as I was really happy being alone and content you rocked back up."

Gemma has also hosted the Irish popstars and more recently political activists, Jedward on her BBC podcast.

During the episode, they both gave her a massage and she hilariously said: "This is why I love you two. One go up and one go down. Oh thats nice, you do the lower part huns."

It sounds like boyfriend Rami may want to keep an eye out on his iconic partner's podcast. But, before that he ought to be watching out for any rogue butter lathered on his mince pies this year.
