Ice-T hilariously reacts to viral video of man ogling his shimmering wife, more news

Understanding man

Ice-T is reacting to a viral video of a man checking out his wife, Coco Austin, at the Grammy Awards while she danced in a sparkling dress. And, if you think the “Law & Order: SVU” is angry, think again. “Lol… I love how the white dude looked at me then took time to check Coco out,” he wrote on Instagram alongside a video of the moment. Of the man ogling his wife, Ice-T then added, “I TOTALLY understand.” Fellow rappers and fans laughed at the video and Ice’s reaction. Some social media users called the unnamed admirer “brave” or “smart” for looking at Ice before catching a peek of Coco. Look, but don’t touch!

Plea possibility

Former “That’s So Raven” star Orlando Brown might not be mentally fit to face trial for his aggravated menacing charge in Ohio. TMZ said the troubled actor’s lawyers are asking for a mental evaluation, which could open the door for an insanity plea. Orlando, who’s had a lengthy rap sheet, was arrested in December after allegedly threatening his roommate with a knife blade and hammer. He was charged with aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor, and has pleaded not guilty. If he’s deemed mentally unfit, he could plead guilty by reason of insanity.

Money windfall

Last month, a jury awarded Flo Rida $82 million following his breach of contract lawsuit victory against energy drink Celsius. Just a few weeks after the money windfall, the rapper is detailing what he plans to do with all that case. “I’m all about giving, you know, giving is required so I look forward to taking care of the neighborhood,” he told Entertainment Tonight. In a separate chat with TMZ, the “My House” rapper spoke of being philanthropic and said his Big Dreams For Kids charity and youth football league would be well taken care of. “I think about the generational wealth and how I can just open doors for other people,” he said. Back in 2021, Flo Rida sued Celsius Energy Drink for breach of contract, claiming the company failed to pay him guaranteed royalties, bonus compensation and incentive compensation from deal signed in 2014. “Justice came, thanks to God. Other people out there who might be going through a situation when you give your truth, you can only expect the victory,” Flo Rida told ET. “They didn’t want to give me my just due, but thanks to the judicial system… I’m just overwhelmed and just excited about new ventures as well.”

Tired of it

Ben Affleck became a meme (again) after his less-than-thrilled appearance at the Grammy Awards on Sunday, but a source said there’s a legitimate and relatable reason for his demeanor. A source told Entertainment Tonight that Ben and his wife, Jennifer Lopez, had a nice time, but “they have both been very busy working on several projects, and Ben was feeling tired.” The source added, “He wanted to go and support Jen, but he wasn’t his usual self.” Jennifer is aware that Ben wants to be there for her, but she also gets that he’s more of a homebody than she is. After ET’s report, the Daily Mail hired a lip reader to determine what was said between Ben and Jen during an exchange caught on camera. “Stop. Look more friendly. Look motivated,” she allegedly told her husband. Ben apparently replied, “I might.”

The end of an era?

“Yellowstone” in its current form could be coming to an end. A new report from Deadline said Kevin Costner is having issues with his shooting schedule, and he’s pushing back. The actor, who won a Golden Globe for his portrayal of ranch owner John Dutton, wants a more condensed filming schedule than Paramount has envisioned. The friction between Kevin and the top brass is “causing morale issues with fellow actors on the show,” Deadline reported, adding that Paramount Network and series co-creator Taylor Sheridan have discussed trying to extend the franchise with a new show starring Matthew McConaughey. There’s a very real possibility that “Yellowstone” could end after the second half of its current season airs this summer. “We have no news to report. Kevin Costner is a big part of Yellowstone and we hope that’s the case for a long time to come,” a Paramount Network spokesperson said. “Thanks to the brilliant mind of Taylor Sheridan, we are always working on franchise expansions of this incredible world he has built. Matthew McConaughey is a phenomenal talent with whom we’d love to partner.”

Awkward arrangement

Ashton Kutcher was already thinking about the rumor mill while taking somewhat awkward pictures with his “Your Place or Mine” costar Reese Witherspoon — in fact, he was so awkward in the now-viral pictures that his wife, Mila Kunis, trolled him. “My wife called me. She texted me and Reese  together. She’s like, ‘Guys, you gotta, like, act like you each other.’ And I’m like, ‘What’s going on?’ Here’s the thing: If I put my arm around her and was, like, all friendly with her, I’d be having an affair with her — the rumor would be that I’m having an affair with her,” he said in his upcoming appearance on the “Chicks in the Office” podcast. “If I stand next to her, I put my hands in my pockets so there’s no chance that, like, that could be the rumor — the rumor is we don’t like each other. Reese and I are really good friends. We’re really close. I don’t have to defend that. I don’t have to defend it.” Ashton’s photo theory proved to be right. After he kept some distance from Reese on a red carpet, people wondered if they had an icy relationship. Reese, though, defended Ashton on “Today” on Feb. 6. “[Mila] even emailed us last night. She goes, ‘You guys look so awkward on the red carpet together,'” the “Morning Show” star said. “He’s so professional. He’s the funniest guy. I mean, such a goofball. We had so much fun, and every time he’d wear a funny outfit, I’d text Mila. I’d be like, ‘What is he wearing?'”

Post-split life

On the heels of her split with Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2011, Maria Shriver needed to heal, but she did so at an unconventional place… at a convent. “I first felt like, ‘Oh I’d better go and figure out like, what is the truth?’ I went to a convent — I did so many things — but one of the things I did is I went to a convent, a cloistered convent, to be in silence and look for advice,” she revealed on the Making Space with Hoda Kotb” podcast. While there, The Reverend Mother told the journalist that she couldn’t “stay” at the convent. “She goes, ‘You can’t come live here … but you do have permission to go out and become Maria,'” Maria recalled. “I was, like, sobbing. I was like, ‘Who is that?'” The experience, she said, “felt like I was in a scene out of ‘The Sound of Music.'” After leaving the convent, she gave herself “permission to start learning.” She added, “I had never given myself permission to feel, to be vulnerable, to be weak, to be brought to my knees. And the world did it to me. And then I was like, ‘OK, God, let’s go. And I’m going to take this and learn everything I can about my role and what I need to learn … When the universe knocks you like that, I think you have to not focus on the other person [but] … what do you need to learn from this experience?”
