Top Gear star Jeremy Clarkson, 61, was spotted cosying up to his artist girlfriend Lisa Hogan, 46, following a fancy meal out in Mayfair. The loved-up duo were seen locked in an intense gaze before passionately kissing, while the farm owner gripped on to a lampost.
He knows roads, but he doesn’t know land that much
Celebrating the launch of his new Amazon series, Clarkson’s Farm, Jeremy and his girlfriend enjoyed an Indian meal in one of London’s fanciest neighbourhoods, before putting on the amorous display.
Looking chic in a pair of jeans and simple white shirt, Lisa sported her short blonde bob styled to one side.
Matching his girlfriend, Jeremy also sported denim trousers, which he paired with a dark-coloured blazer.
Prior to the display of affection, the pair had dined with Jeremy’s long-term pal, executive producer Andy Wilman.
The father-of-three was spending the evening in the capital promoting his new series about his Cotswold-based farm, which he bought 13 years ago.
When asked how interested he was in the running of his farm, the Top Gear star reportedly said “not even slightly”.
He also added that the farm had been “much tougher” than he had anticipated to run, blaming excess rain on climate change caused by car shows and jokingly said: “Top Gear ruined it for everyone.”
Jeremy purchased the 1,000 acre farm, which he named Diddly Squat, in Chipping Norton in 2008.
On the show The Grand Tour host is joined by a number of helping hands on the farm including his doting girlfriend.
However, Lisa previously revealed that her motoring expert boyfriend knew absolutely nothing about farming prior to buying the Cotswolds farm.
Lisa confirmed to Amazon that Clarkson had a severe lack of farming knowledge prior to filming the show, adding that it is “just something he knows nothing about”.
She added: “He knows roads, but he doesn’t know land that much.”
The blonde bombshell went on to reveal that Jeremy’s experience of farming came down to going for “walks” in the countryside on weekends.
She continued: “We’d come down here to the farm the odd weekend – we were pretty much London-based when he was travelling so much – and just go for walks, so he didn’t really know it.
“There was a big learning curve, but he’s such a prolific character, once he puts his head to something it’s just full-on,” she explained
The car enthusiast has been in a relationship with Lisa since 2017, who is his first partner since his marriage to second wife Frances Cain ended in 2014.
Jeremy revealed that upon making the life-changing purchase over a decade ago, a worker used to farm the land for him.
However, after the man announced that he was retiring, the car expert decided to take on the challenge himself.
Speaking on the Jonathan Ross Show, Jeremy explained: “I have had a farm, quite a big farm, a 1000 acres, since 2008. A man farmed it for me. Then he said, ‘I’m retiring’.
“So I thought, I’ll do it myself, which is the stupidest decision,” he confessed.
