Katie Price and Carl Woods, who are planning to have a baby together, decided to go back to the place where they first met – the Sheesh restaurant in Chigwell.

When the happy couple drove to the celebrity haunt to pick up their takeaway for Katie’s children Harvey, 18, Junior, 15 and Princess, 13, the reality star, 42, took to her Instagram story to reflect on how they crossed paths in the first place.

In a short clip, Katie showed a view of their takeaway in the backseat and announced to her fans: “So here’s Carl. The kids all want Sheesh. We’ve come to Sheesh to get a takeaway but we’ve had some [of ours] first.”

She then turned her camera to show her fans a view of the outside area of the restaurant where she and Carl, 32, first laid eyes on each other.

“We were just saying, I remember when Carl walked up there for the first time when I was at the end table when we met,” she added.

Katie went on to gush over her man as she shared: “So cute! And now look at him!” before turning the camera to face the former Love Islander in the driver’s seat.

After Carl gave a cheeky grin as he looked straight into the camera, Katie then said to herself on the video: “So fit,” before he looked out of the car window.

While Katie was recently showered with praise over the release of her documentary Katie Price: Harvey And Me, the former model reportedly feels her critics are out to get her.

It comes after Katie was reported to the police following claims she had breached lockdown rules for travelling 180 miles to stay in a cottage in Shropshire with Carl.

However, the mum-of-five dodged fines after it was was discovered she travelled for work purposes.

“People around Katie think it was silly for her to lie as she had a legitimate reason to be in Shropshire, which police later confirmed. They think she probably panicked and thought people would get the wrong idea,” the source told new magazine.

“Katie understands how it looks, but she also knows that there will always be people out there who are anti-Katie and will try to throw her under the bus, no matter what she does.”

They continued: “She was there for business reasons. Katie has carried on working the whole way through the pandemic as much as she can because she’s a working mum of five. Sometimes she feels like she can’t win and people are just out to get her.”

When Katie’s documentary aired last month on the BBC, many viewers said they saw Katie in a new light when she opened up on the difficulties she and son Harvey, who suffers with Prader-Willi syndrome, would face as he enters adulthood.

Despite this, the star who is also mum to Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, still suffers from trolling online and "it can get her down".

They concluded: "She’s got a lot on juggling motherhood and homeschooling and she doesn’t need any more stress. She thinks there’s always someone who tries to bring her down."
