Katie Price's ex-husband Kieran Hayler is said to be "furious" with her after her car crash earlier this week.
Former stripper Kieran, 34, has remained silent on social media following the news of Katie's arrest.
But Kieran, who shares children Jett, eight, and Bunny, seven, with Katie is said to think she "needs to sort her life out".
A source close to Kieran told The Sun Online: "Kieran thinks Katie needs to sort her life out and pull things together. He's so worried about her but also very upset that this could affect their children.
"He wants her to get help and go back to rehab to get her head together."
A representative for Kieran has been contacted by OK! for comment.
Katie appeared in Crawley Magistrates Court on Wednesday 29 September and plead guilty to the charges of drink driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance following a crash near her home in Sussex.
The model's sentencing was deferred until Wednesday 15 December to allow her to have treatment at The Priory.
She was given the condition that her sentencing would be deferred so she could receive treatment at The Piory and would not commit any further offences.
Katie was arrested on Tuesday 28 September following a car crash near her home in Sussex and taken to hospital in an ambulance.
She is understood to be banned from driving and wasn't due to get her licence back until the end of the year.
Following the accident, Katie's family released a statement on her social media, saying they were "concerned about Kate's wellbeing and overall mental health".
It added: "Today out worst fears nearly came true. As a family we have been and will continue to help Kate get the help she needs.

"We hope that she will realise that she cannot battle her issues alone. We would kindly ask that the media and wider public give Kate the time and space she needs to seek the necessary treatment, so that she can hopefully return to the Kate we know and love as a mother, daughter and sister."
The statement continued: "We are concerned and worried about her deeply, we know she lives her life publicly and to many she is fair game, but as a family we hope she can find her path privately moving forward during this difficult period in her life.
"We are not asking for sympathy – just that it is recognised that Kate is unwell.
"We take great comfort in reading the messages of support and love for Kate that we will pass on to her, in the hope that these positive messages will help spur her on."
