Who is going into the villa?

ITV has now revealed the lineup of contestants for the new season of Love Island.

The show has been running for three seasons now and each new year brings a new selection of villa residents to battle it out.

The new lineup promises to bring with it another year of romance and drama which will begin Monday, June 28.

All the single hopefuls will once again have to complete tasks and challenges throughout the weeks, all while avoiding being voted off the show.

Express.co.uk has the details of each new contestant for season seven.

Sharon Gaffka

Love Island has revealed the first contestant for the new season, Sharon, sharing a post on Instagram about the new star.

The post read: “Sharon has conquered beauty pageants, worked on government policies and is now ready to take on the villa!”

When asked about what she looks for in a romantic partner, Sharon said: “I have this thing where if something doesn’t work out with one person, I’ll try and go for the other extreme to see if that works out.

“I tend to date someone who is taller than me, even though my last long-term partner, he was actually someone who was shorter than me. I’m quite an intellectual person so I want someone who can kind of match that.”
