Abigail Rawlings has revealed how the Love Islanders are able to tell what time of day it is as the villa has no clocks.

After being dumped from the programme, the 27 year old returned to her social media to host a Q&A session with her 183,000 followers.

"What would you like to know?" she asked her legion of fans followed by a monkey covering its mouth, a pink heart emoji and a red hearts circling a smiling face emoji.

One person immediately questioned: "Was it annoying not knowing the time xxx," to which she responded: "Do you know what? No."

She continued: "I feel like if we did know the time, it would've f**ked with us, because we were definitely up late on certain nights."

Abigail, who accidentally walked in on Dale Mehmet and Mary Bedford kissing while on the show, then revealed they could figure out what time it was based on the position of the moon.

"We could like work out with the moon, but I just went with the flow, embraced it," she said

When asked if she regretted anything while in the villa, she explained that she definitely didn't as "every decision I made in the villa, I did it from the heart."

She went on: "Sometimes things don't work in your favour, but it's just not meant to be. You just gotta roll with the punches."

The TV personality went onto the hit ITV dating programme and immediately hit it off Toby Aromolaran, 22, before he went to Casa Amor and returned with Mary Bedford, also 22.

He then dumped both the girls after realising he still had feelings for marketing executive Chloe Burrows, 25, and they recoupled.

Speaking after the dumping, Abigail admitted she felt like it was her "time to go".

"I feel like it was my time. I had a lot of fun and I bonded so much with the girls and some of the boys. I came into Love Island and I fell in love but a different kind of love, I fell in love with my friends," she said.

She also admitted that she thought it was "endearing" when Toby realised his feelings were for Chloe.

"I think because my feelings weren’t deep with Toby, the second he told me that it was like a switch just went. I couldn’t help but find it endearing," she said.

Abigail added: "When you get to know Toby, it’s so Toby! He’s on his journey and he’s learning, he’s making mistakes and he’s taking them on board. I appreciate self-growth more than anything. He’s only 22."
