Love Island’s Belle Hassan unrecognisable with purple hair transformation

Love Island beauty Belle Hassan looked sensational as she was questioned on Love Island Aftersun, with fans noticing her recent hair transformation.

Belle, 24, who entered the Love Island villa back in 2019 as a Casa Amor bombshell, showed off her new purple hair when her and Joe Garratt, 26, joined Maya Jama to talk about their experiences on the show.

Maya, 28, asked: "Belle, you know exactly what it was like. You were a casa bombshell yourself, do you go in with a game plan?"

"100% honest, I was there for a free holiday," she said, to which Maya and Joe laughed along with the audience.

"I used to say it to producers all of the time and they were like, 'No, no we are filming that.' And I was like, listen, I just want a tan."

Belle then revealed: "But I didn't personally go in with a game plan. I think if you do, it's transparent and you will get caught out."

The ex islander then shared her thoughts on Tanya Manhenga and Shaq Muhammad – who were the strongest couple in the villa before Tanya decided to bring back Martin Akinola and recouple.

"I was surprised about Tanya. I thought her and Shaq were solid. When her head was swivelling a bit…," she said.

"He was full on though. So I get that she had this bit of freedom and was like, 'Yes!'

Belle shared snaps on Instagram to reveal her new hair three weeks ago, and many rushed to comment on the star's new look.

Frankie Sims wrote in the comments: "Loveeee the pink," while one fan shared: "omg it looks so nice shook."

Another added: "Love your hair, making me want pink hair now."

It comes after Belle's family were found after going missing, following the earthquake in Turkey.

Belle’s father, actor Tamer Hassan, confirmed that their family is “safe”, after being “pulled from the rubble” in a new interview.

Tamer, 54, said: "We had some great news in the early hours of the morning that they've been found.

"We're very, very happy for that, we're very relieved. It comes a little bit bitter sweet to tell you the truth because the amount of people that are still there – family, friends, Cypriots, Turkish people and every one from around the world that are stuck there. But they've been found, we're happy."

He continued: "Quite recently they were rescued, we haven't had too much information, but we know they've been pulled from the rubble and they are safe at the moment which we're very thankful for, so thank you for all your well-wishes and prayers."
