Love Island star Paige Thorne has deleted all photos of her former flame Jacques O'Neill from her Instagram page, amid his ongoing bullying rows.
The 24 year old developed a romance with the rugby player, 23, in the villa before she moved on with current love interest Adam Collard, 26, who is now her boyfriend, after Jacques' exit.
Paige has now left no trace of Jacques on her Instagram account amid the bullying claims against fellow Islanders Remi Lambert and Tasha Ghouri.
Jacques has since shared a statement on his Instagram stories in which he apologised and said that he is now in therapy.
Jacques wrote: “I just want to acknowledge the situation that's happening right now and apologise if my behaviour has caused offence or been misinterpreted over the last few weeks.
"I genuinely have no bad feelings towards anyone and I've not meant for anything to come across that way at all. It was not my intention and I'm genuinely sorry if it has.
"Life has been very overwhelming recently and admittedly I've probably not handled myself in the best possible way.
"I take full responsibility for my actions. I'm aware I'm far from perfect and that there is work that needs to be done on myself."
The sportsman added that he is now in therapy as he continues to “get help”.
Jacques’ former friend in the villa, Andrew Le Page, confirmed that he unfollowed the star amid the bullying row.
“Yeah, it obviously is true [I unfollowed Jacques],” he told Heat magazine.
“Tasha is my priority and obviously there was a video that came out. We’re trying to move away from it all and just be ourselves and get on with life.”
Paige’s deletion of Jacques' pictures on her Instagram comes as she appeared on Lorraine on Friday morning with new beau Adam, 26.
The pair discussed their blossoming relationship with host Ranvir Singh and shared that Adam had finally met Paige’s family.
The couple visited Swansea, Wales, to hang out with the relatives and the get-together couldn’t have gone better, after Adam and Paige’s mum quashed any initial tension between them.
“They made me feel really welcome,” Adam revealed on the show.
He added: “Her mum came straight up to us and was like, ‘You know what I probably believed and read a few too many press articles and stuff like that,’ but we were dancing on the tables with her Nana within half an hour!”
Next, Paige will head up to Newcastle with Adam to meet his family, which he shared they are very excited about.
