The Back to the Future star looked very youthful in a New York Knicks bomber jacket with bright orange lettering and an orange striped collar.
He sported a rugged look with his scruffy beard, teamed with black trousers for the basketball outing.
His wife Tracy kept on the theme and went for an all-black ensemble, teamed with a gold necklace.
They were spotted sitting next to another celebrity couple, actress Emma Stone and director Dave McCary.
This comes after the Hollywood star recently revealed that his Parkinson’s diagnosis, at the age of 29, led to him battling an addiction to alcohol and prescription drugs.

Michael J Fox was in Park City, Utah last week for the premiere of his new film, Still: A Michael J. Fox Movie. The film will follow the actor’s life, his rise to fame and his diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease in 1991. The film has been acquired by Apple TV and will debut sometime in 2023.

Michael J Fox regularly speaks about his battle with Parkinson’s Disease, with the actor opening up about his struggle when he was first diagnosed, on the Working It Out podcast. He stated: “When I did the spinoff from The Good Wife, which is The Good Fight, I couldn’t remember the lines. I just had this blank, I couldn’t remember the lines.”
Michael J Fox admitted when he was first diagnosed he “drank to dissociate”
Michael J Fox said that after he received his Parkinson’s diagnosis, he “drank to dissociate” and took dopamine pills to calm the symptoms. He said: “I was definitely an alcoholic. But I’ve gone 30 years without having a drink.”
