The 53-year-old ‘Good Omens’ actor and the Swedish actress welcome their new bundle off joy around two months after confirming her pregnancy on social media.
AceShowbiz –Michael Sheen and Anna Lundberg have welcomed their second child together. The Aziraphale depicter on “Good Omens” and his girlfriend broke the exciting news on Friday, May 20 through their respective social media accounts.
Making use of Twitter, the 53-year-old actor shared a photo of the baby holding onto a pinky finger. “And just like that….there was another monkey jumping on the bed #190522,” he penned in the accompanying message.
Anna also posted the similar picture on her own Instagram page. The Swedish actress also used the same caption.
Michael and Anna confirmed that they were expecting their second child together back in March. “…..it appears there may be another on the way! #AngelDelight,” he wrote on the blue-bird app at that time.
“At these dark times, here’s our little bit of light that we can share. #BabyNr2,” Anna announced alongside a photo of her flaunting her baby bump as her boyfriend and their child put their hands on it.
Michael and Anna were first linked romantically in May 2019. Michael himself is also a father to 23-year-old daughter Lily, whom he shares with his ex Kate Beckinsale.
When appearing on the “Changes with Annie Macmanus” podcast in November 2020, Michael admitted that it was quite challenging to co-parent with Kate because of their distance. “Going through that experience of a relationship breaking down and having a young child, and then because of my daughter and her mum living in another country, having to make a life in a new place whilst going through that whole experience, which is difficult enough,” he explained.
“I had no work visa to stay in America, so every time I left, I had to go back to Britain,” the Wales native elaborated further. “I never knew if I would be allowed to come back in again. So I ended up having to get work in Britain because I wasn’t really getting any work in America. It really made me question certain things about myself.”
