Michelle Keegan never fails to stun her followers and this time she showcased her incredible abs on camera as she decided to fit in a home workout session before heading out to her "night shoot".
The former Coronation Street star, who recently showed off her natural beauty in a throwback snap, revealed she wore her luscious brunette hair in a high ponytail while exercising.
Wearing a black sports top with matching shorts, Michelle, who has been busy filming for her role Erin on Sky series Brassic, wrote on her Instagram story: “Getting it in before the night shoot begins… again.”

Shortly afterwards, Michelle revealed she treated herself to a healthy post-workout snack in another post on her story.
Alongside the photo, she added: “Chocolate protein oats with dairy free coconut yoghurt, banana and blueberries.”
While Michelle is clearly keeping up with her exercises in lockdown, she previously admitted she no longer feels bad about having her rest days.

Back in January on Women’s Health UK podcast Going for Goal, the TV star shared she no longer feels guilty over "not working out" and no longer "punishes herself" over it.
“I haven't worked out for two weeks, but I'm not punishing myself over that," she began.
"If I want a cheeseboard one night, I'll have it, without feeling guilty."

Michelle went on to say: "[Previously] it was always a guilt for me, a lot of the time, and why I would be in the gym for two hours because I was like, 'oh I've really been bad this week, so I need to go to the gym, I need to work it off.’
"And I was in the gym for two hours.”
The former Tina McIntyre actress told her listeners she makes sure she exercises at the beginning of the day which makes her “feel a lot better”.

She also said she has enjoyed going on walks since the first lockdown began, adding: “I love going for walks with my dogs, getting a bit of fresh air, and getting coffee on the way round.
“With the dogs, in the sunshine, that for me is a big treat.
"And then come home, maybe have a bath and then have a really nice dinner, like, a treat dinner.”
