Michelle went on to say: "[Previously] it was always a guilt for me, a lot of the time, and why I would be in the gym for two hours because I was like, 'oh I've really been bad this week, so I need to go to the gym, I need to work it off.’

"And I was in the gym for two hours.”

The former Tina McIntyre actress told her listeners she makes sure she exercises at the beginning of the day which makes her “feel a lot better”.
