Morgan Wallen Tops Billboard Artist 100 Chart For First Time

Morgan Wallen has topped Billboard‘s Artist 100 chart for the first time in his career, helped by success of his latest album Dangerous: The Double Album.

Wallen rose from No. 6 to the top position on Artist 100 chart dated January 23 to become the top musical act in the U.S.

Wallen’s Dangerous: The Double Album debuted in the top spot on Billboard‘s all-genre 200 chart.

Dangerous, which dropped on January 8 via Big Loud/Republic Records, earned 265,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending January 14, according to MRC Data.

The album broke the record for the largest streaming week ever for a country album.

Dangerous is Wallen’s second full-length album following 2018’s If I Know Me, which peaked at No. 13 on the Billboard 200.

Wallen also simultaneously lands 19 of the album’s 30 songs on the latest Billboard Hot 100 chart.
