Singer Brian McFadden has said that two members of the British Royal Family played a key part in their IVF journey. The Dublin-born star welcomed his third child last month.

We’re just so thankful that they put us in touch with Simone

Brian, 41, and fiancée Danielle welcomed their first child together following a three-year journey with IVF.

The happy couple became parents to daughter Ruby Jean McFadden on May 8 after an emergency cesarean section.

After suffering from two miscarriages, Daniella said that the family “couldn’t be happier” with the arrival of Ruby.

Now, the singer, who was once married to Kerry Katona, has claimed that two members of the Royal Family played a crucial role in their pregnancy.

The dad-of-three is friends with the Queen’s granddaughter, Zara Tindall, 40, and her husband Mike, 42, who shared an insight into the royal couple who recently welcomed their third child, a son named Lucas Philip, in honour of Zara’s late grandfather, Prince Philip.

In a new interview, Brian said that the royals are “really good” following the arrival of Lucas, who was born at their Gatcombe Park home.

“They’re also delighted for us and sent us a lovely message, and we’ve spoken since both of the babies were born,” Brian said.

He went on to tell this week’s OK! Magazine: “We’re just so thankful that they put us in touch with [expert nutritionist] Simone, who put us on the diet which helped us get pregnant.”

The World of Our Own singer went on to say that the two royals will be invited to his upcoming wedding to Danielle.

Speaking during an appearance on Loose Women alongside Danielle in December 2020, Brian said: “There’s this girl in Dubai called Simone and she’s this dietary magician when it comes to helping people to get pregnant, whether it’s through IVF or naturally.

“So Mike told me all about her and we got in touch with Simone and she basically changed our complete diet. Mike and Zara did it, and he swore by it.”

He added: “He said everybody that we’ve put onto this lady and had done this diet, has gone on to get pregnant and have a successful pregnancy, so we thought we might as well give it a try.”

Mike’s wife, Olympian equestrian Zara, had also suffered two miscarriages before the arrival of her youngest daughter, Lena.

Discussing their upcoming nuptials, Brian said: “We’ve moved it again, we were meant to get married in South Africa this coming January but with Covid and Ruby only being nine months old by then, it could be difficult.

“So we’ve put it back another year to 2023, Ruby will be walking by then and hopefully the world will be in a different state, and people won’t have to worry about testing and isolating as we’re having 50 guests.”

Brian described his shock after Danielle’s waters broke while in the middle of a golfing competition.

“She wasn’t just playing golf, she was playing in a golf competition!

“She made the winning putt while in labour – it was amazing, her waters broke on the 15th hole,” he said.

Danielle went on to add that while she gave up playing at 37 weeks pregnant, she was competing in a friendly at her golf club as she went into labour.
