Real Housewives Of Orange County star Dr Jen Armstrong has filed for legal separation from her husband, Ryne Holiday.
The pair were married for eight years and share three children together, 10 year old twins Vince and Vera and a nine-year-old son, Robert.
TMZ reports that the 42 year old filed legal documents in Southern California on May 13 and listed "irreconcilable differences" as a reason for their break-up.
Plastic surgeon Jen, who joined the cast of the popular Bravo reality show last season, is seeking legal and physical custody of the kids with Ryne, who she wed in November 2013, receiving visitation rights.
In court documents, Jen listed the date of their separation as September 8, 2021, meaning they briefly split and got back together after filming for her first season on RHOC.
Their tumultuous relationship was documented on the reality show, with Jen admitting she wanted a divorce in an episode that aired in February.
During the episode, Jen said to her co-star Heather Dubrow: "Ryne packed his bags and left last night. Then he came back at 11 am this morning."
She added in a confessional that Ryne left the house after, then came back and "screamed at her and then walked out again".
"I feel completely alone right now,' Jen, who owns a successful medical and cosmetic dermatologic care centre in Newport Beach, added.
Breaking down into tears, she added to Heather: "It's not even hurt. It's like humiliation. It's like he totally humiliates me. I need a divorce."
However, they appeared to give their marriage another go, and Dr Jen said to US Weekly after the episode: "We separated for a while and lived life without each other.
"I think that made us have more of an appreciation for who the other person was and have a different outlook on getting back together and putting in the work to stay together."
Jen also admitted she didn't "like" letting cameras document their marital woes.
"We've had a challenging relationship, and people can be very judgmental. A lot of people have reached out and said, 'Oh, you deserve better. How do you let him treat you that way?' But they're not in the day to day. They don't know the history," she explained.
