Shirley Ballas hurtles down the stairs in painful-looking fall as TikTok vid goes wrong

Shirley Ballas hurtled down a slight of stairs in a painful-looking fall in her latest TikTok video, as she and a pal performed a Disney-inspired dance together.

The Strictly Come Dancing judge, 62, saw the funny side of the clip as she shared it with her fans on social media, revealing the dance hadn't quite gone as she'd hoped it would.

Shirley, who previously opened up about undergoing a non-surgical facelift in January, could be seen dancing with her friend Nathan in her hallway, with the duo performing to A Whole New World by Zayn and Zhavia Ward from the hit movie Aladdin.

Shirley and Nathan headed up the stars with an orange and red rug to reenact a scene from the movie with the 'magic carpet', but the Strictly star soon found herself tumbling down the stairs.

She laughed off the mishap as she told her followers on Instagram: "When your magic carpet doesn’t fly and your tikky tokky doesn’t quite go to plan…." with a laughing face emoji.

"I saw the musical and I was inspired to get on the magic carpet with @nathan_d_grundy. 'Hold on tight darling we’re going to fly'…. and fly we did lol. Not sure going in to my 63rd year it was a good idea but I like a challenge. More fun to come with @alanate11," she added.

Fans were quick to comment on the fun video, with one writing: "This is brilliant," with a laughing emoji, while a second said: "This is just brilliant, what absolute joy , hope your hand is ok but it certainly made me smile tonight".

A third commented: "Oh my what a giggle. I can't decide what bit made me laugh the most. Hope you're both okay."

"Love your honesty on this post. It really made me laugh, as you did," another person said.

Shirley's hilarious video comes after she unveiled the results of her non-surgical facelift back in January, and told fans: "This is the best I've looked in years."

The 62 year old has been visiting aesthetics professional Dr Judy Todd over the last year for a series of nitrogen plasma procedures aimed at rejuvenating her face and décolletage area.

Explaining her decision to undergo the treatments, Shirley revealed: "This time last year I was conscious that my jawline was sagging and hanging a bit," Shirley admits. "My skin looked dull and a bit lifeless and I wanted to get rid of all my spider veins and tighten up the skin on my neck and chest.

"I wanted to look my very best but I really didn't want to go under the knife, so I thought I would try this alternative route."

She said she is "thrilled with the results", adding: "I feel like my skin is bright, it's healthy, it looks great, I've got a much better jawline, so I'm very very excited that people will recognise the results."
