Josie Gibson has opened up on her fluctuating weight over the years and how she's been a range of sizes from a tiny six to a curvy 20.
The This Morning presenter, who first found fame when she won Big Brother as an incredibly likeable bubbly blonde, said she "doesn't care" what size she is anymore.
In a new interview, the 38 year old TV star, who has become a permanent rotating host on the ITV show, explained that she feels really happy to finally be able to accept her body.
After years of struggling with her image and ballooning weight, Josie told Closer magazine: "I used to worry about my size and weight, but I don't anymore."
The ITV presenter, who is close friends with fellow This Morning favourite and Big Brother alum Alison Hammond, 48, went on to say that having her son Reggie played a massive part in her journey to body positivity.
“I got body confident after I had Reg because I displayed this brand new respect for my body," the star shared. “You appreciate your body in a different way after giving birth. It is what it is.
"I’m just thankful for things that it’s given me and when I look at myself, I think my body is just amazing," she added.
It comes as Josie has taken to her Instagram stories today, August 9, to shut down rumours that she's been secretly dating her This Morning cameraman Sam Morter.
As rumours that the TV favourite had embarked on a romance with a co-star began to swirl earlier this year, they only increased when she shared a series of snaps with Sam in various countries.
In Paris, the pair enjoyed a cable car ride together and even took a picture of themselves holding hands in front of the Eiffel Tower.
While Sam himself posted an image of him grinning next to Josie during a helicopter ride.
Many fans were convinced that the pair were dating, especially when Josie said on Keith Lemon's ITV Shopping show that she was "seeing someone" but it was "very early stages" and she'd even said "I love you".
Despite that, Josie told her followers in the latest update that she is definitely "not in a relationship" with Sam.
"I am not in a relationship, neither am I in love with cameraman Sam. I am not with Sam Morter," she said. "I love Sam Morter, he is my work colleague, I'm like his older sister. I'm like his aunty.
"That's as far as it goes," the daytime TV host continued. "There is nothing going on between me and Sam Morter."
Sighing with frustration, Josie raised her hand to her forehead as she reiterated to fans how annoying it was to have to keep repeating herself.
"Yeah. I don't know how many times I've got to say it!" the star added.
