Vicky Pattison has revealed the awkward moment she met Anna Vakili and was “brought back down to earth”.

Former Geordie Shore star Vicky, 33, revealed the 30 year old Love Island star asked Vicky to hold her handbag to take a photo with someone else.

Vicky revealed she was excited to meet Anna, who recently opened up on her cancelled breast reduction, at an awards ceremony.

She told The Sun Online: “I said to Anna, ‘It is so lovely to meet you, I am such a huge fan’.

“And she just handed me her handbag so I could hold it while she took a photo with someone.”

Vicky, who recently made a sweet tribute to boyfriend Ercan Ramadan, was shocked.

She added: “I just stood there thinking, ‘I am Vicky f*g Pattison. I won the jungle a few years ago and here I am holding Anna Vakili’s handbag. Have I fallen that far?’

“It wasn’t a great moment for me ego-wise but we all need to be brought back to earth sometimes.”

Vicky rose to fame on MTV reality show Geordie Shore, which she appeared on from 2011 to 2014.

After leaving, she has single appeared on Ex on the Beach, Masterchef and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! where she was crowned Queen of the Jungle in 2015.

Since leaving Geordie Shore and paving a successful TV career for herself, it appears she also left behind some of the Geordie Shore cast mates.

As Charlotte Crosby recently revealed she hasn’t spoken to Vicky since she left the house in 2014.

During an Instagram question and answer session in November, 30 year old Charlotte explained: “I wouldn’t exactly say we arnt friends. Because non of us fell out. It’s one of those things where she left the show and went on her own path.” [sic]

She continued: “She didn’t really stay in touch with any of us. But equally we probs didn’t stay in touch either. Nobodies fault really. But she made no secret that she has no fond memories from the show.

“And didn’t really have many nice things to say about it on departure. Which I think made us kinda second guess if she even wanted to be associated with us.”

However, Charlotte, who quit Geordie Shore in 2016, went on to reveal there’s no bad blood between them.

She added: “I think there may be the odd message sent between the other girls. But not with me no. No hard feelings however and wish the best for her.”
