Amanda Holden aimed to inspire her loyal legion of followers with a motivational and sizzling snap.
The 50-year-old bombshell looked ready to take on all types of weather as she attempted to get in her exercise for the day.
It appeared as though Amanda had ventured to a seaside resort – possibly for the festive period – as she wowed by the ocean while wearing the skimpy outdoor garments.
Looking scorching hot, the mum-of-two showed off her modelling skills as she glanced off into the distance while allowing her sensational figure to do all of the talking
Appearing age-defying, she rocked the killer matching two piece that included a scoop neck sports bra and skintight high waisted leggings that sculpted her body.
Accessorising her cool sporty image, she popped on a sassy pink pair of beats headphones.
Her blonde bombshell locks were swooped away from her face and tied into a high and messy ponytail.
The BGT judge wanted to inspire her fans to get outside and grab some fresh air if given the chance.
Amanda reminded her admirers that only 36 minutes per day devoted to fitness was needed to aid with her own mental health.
She captioned the outdoor post: "I run for my 'head'…
"36 mins of my life… wherever I am," along with a Christmas tree and strong arm emoji.
Amanda could be away for the Christmas period or perhaps enjoying a romantic getaway for her husband Christopher Hughe's birthday.
To mark her husband's 68 birthday, Amanda took to social media two days ago with a gushy tribute post for her man.
In the sweet throwback snap, the TV star and Chris looked very loved up as they smiled for the camera while on what appeared to be a speedboat at sea.
The twosome were glowing as they beamed at the camera while creating waves in the ocean.
Amanda wrote: "It's my boys birthday today, Love you darling."
