Amber Heard claims she has new evidence to support her claims against ex-husband Johnny Depp.
The actress sat down with US television host Savannah Guthrie for a wide-ranging interview for Dateline, after her loss in the highly publicised multi-million dollar lawsuit.
Amber lost the defamation case brought against her by ex-husband Johnny after three days of deliberation by a Jury, although she was granted a partial win in her own countersuit.
But now, the NBC streaming service Peacock has released a 20-minute preview clip of the 36 year-old actress a day before the interview airs.
In the preview, Amber reveals there is a file with years of notes, dating all the way back to 2011 that were taken by her doctor.
Amber explained to Guthrie in the preview clip: “There's a binder worth of years of notes dating back to 2011 from the very beginning of my relationship that were taken by my doctor who I was reporting the abuse to,”
Nevertheless, the US network reviewed the notes that were written by Amber’s doctor, where the programme reports several mentions of violence.
It was reported that in the notes, Amber revealed her alleged suffering at the hands of fellow actor Johnny Depp to her therapist in January of 2012.
The preview of the programme shows the notes taken on screen, where it reports that amongst the evidence taken during her appointments, the doctor notes that Amber says Depp; 'hit her, threw her against a wall, and threatened to kill her'.
It was also reported in the interview, due to air in full on television in the US on Friday night, that this incident took place eight months after Johnny allegedly “ripped her nightgown, threw her on the bed”.
According to the show, the notes also allege, subsequently in 2013 that Mr Depp; “threw her against a wall and threatened to kill her”.
The new sneak peak was shared after the breakfast NBC Today show aired it’s three-part look at Amber's first full length televised interview, where the actress doubles down on her defamatory allegations that the Pirates of the Caribbean actor physically and sexually abused her during their marriage and even goes as far to accuse him of lying in court.
In the trial, Johnny denied ever hitting the actress, but Amber insists the actor lied on the stand saying; “He lied. He hit me,” as the blonde also reveals she stands by “every word” of her testimony.
Earlier this month, a Virgina jury ruled that Amber did defame her ex-husband in her published piece in the Washington Post where she spoke of being a sexual assault survivor.
Amber owes Johnny $8.35 million in damages. The court awarded Johnny $10 million in compensatory damages and a second payment of $350,000 in punitive damages.
Although the latter was reduced from an original $5 million payment by the judge per Virginia Law. Amber was awarded just $2 million from the jury in her $100 million counter claim.
