Naga Munchetty has revealed she's "trying to control her temper" after "horrendous tantrums".
The 47-year-old BBC Breakfast presenter made the admission during her Radio 5 Live show while chatting to guests Martine and Heather Gilks.
Keen golfer Naga chatted to the pair about their love for the sport and she later admitted: "I am trying to control my temper" after her terrible game the previous day.

She said: "I'll tell you about this game I played yesterday, I played terribly.
"I had a horrendous temper tantrum, twice.
"But the company was so good, me and my partner have lost against these other two three times on the trot."
Naga explained her mood soon lifted after she scored a birdie, when a player uses one fewer strokes than the par of the hole.
She said: "We were one down going up on the 18th and I chipped in for birdie.
"Can you imagine the joy? I had played terribly but we had a real crack and then I did that at the end. I was buzzing."
It comes after Naga gave an honest response to a fan who called her out on Twitter after she suffered a time blunder.
The star suffered an awkward time-related blunder on her radio show during Monday's (June 20) edition which involved her confusing the morning with the afternoon – and it definitely didn't go unnoticed with listeners.
Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: "The time is 12.20, good morning #WorstOneYet".
But Naga confessed she's made worse mistakes during her broadcasting career before thanking him for listening.
Earlier this year, Naga accidentally told BBC Breakfast the time was 11:11 rather than 8am, a hefty three hours earlier.
Both Naga and her co-star Charlie Stayt failed to notice the error and carried on with the show, but eventually Naga was informed of the moment by her listeners.

She then apologised a whopping four times for the mistake.
One of Naga's most epic gaffes came on BBC Breakfast back in April – where she accidentally told viewers that Boris Johnson had been jailed, rather than jailed tennis star Boris Becker.
She shared the news that Becker had been jailed after hiding £2.5million worth of assets and loans to avoid paying off debts.
The six-time Grand Slam champion was found guilty of four charges under the Insolvency Act and has been jailed for two and a half years.
But Naga said: "Three-times Wimbledon champion Boris Johnson has just spent his first night in prison.
