Big Brother 2006 star Glyn Wise has revealed how he has transformed into a hunk 15 years on from appearing on the show as a teenager.
The reality TV star shared a throwback snap of him on Twitter as an 18-year old alongside a modern snap of him posing in snow the night before his 33rd birthday.
He wrote with the snap: "I know that a lot of people still think of me as an 18 year old that was on #bbuk but I'm actually 33 today! Thanks for the Birthday wishes x Diolch x."
In the snap former lifeguard Glyn oozed sex appeal in a cosy camel coat, a grey bobble hat and a red and white scarf wrapped around his neck.
While in the snap of him in his younger years he is seen grinning in an open-necked button down shirt with longer brown hair which fell into curls over his forehead.
In another post ahead of his birthday, Glyn revealed lockdown has had its positives in his post.
"Last day of being 32! 33 will be full of positivity & growth. Lockdown has taught me that gratitude, prayer, meditation, exercise & to have a strong connection with God is the key to happiness. X," he wrote.
Glyn last appeared on TV last summer during the special episode Big Brother's Best Shows Ever, which was presented by former host Davina McCall.

At the time, Davina even told the star that he'd had a glow up following his stint on the show, to which he replied: "Thanks Davina, always been kind! Thanks for everything, I'm 32 now mind. We really need to get the show back on our screens! I loved every second of it."
Glyn entered the house as a fresh-faced swimming pool lifeguard alongside the likes of Nikki Grahame, Grace Adams Short and Pete Bennett.
The Welsh star captured the hearts of the nation as he experienced cooking for the first time and learnt how to wash his own clothes inside the Big Brother house.
The TV star left the Channel 4 show as runner-up back in 2006.
Glyn went on to stand as Plaid Cymru's candidate in Cardiff Central, but he failed to win the seat.
He now works as an English Literature teacher and refers to himself as a TV personality.
