Carol Vorderman displays ageless beauty in tweed coat and knee-high boots

Carol Vorderman certainly turned heads when she put on a classy display as she headed out to enjoy Ladies Day at Cheltenham Racecourse.

It comes after the beloved festival decided to scrap is strict dress code for the first time in its 200-year reign – but the former Countdown presenter made sure to bring the glamour for the star-studded event.

For the second day of the event at the gorgeous Gloucestershire venue, the 62-year-old telly favourite enhanced her ageless beauty with a timeless ensemble.

It’s fair to say Carol looked nothing short of sensational as she posed up a storm in a caped tweed jacket coat which featured a dramatic fur collar.

She teamed the dramatic coat with a pair of skintight brown leggings and a set of brown knee-high heeled suede boots as she posed up a storm for the cameras.

Accompanied by her son Cameron King, the TV personality accessorised the dramatic ensemble with a tiny leather belt which cinched in the peplum coat and emphasised her teeny waist.

Carol also added a pair of matching leather gloves for the crisp Spring morning, as well as a khaki green fedora had which was finished with a brown leather trim.

Finally, the mum-of-two added a cream designer handbag to her outfit to house all her essential items while rubbing shoulders with the biggest names in showbizness.

The TV star oozed confidence as she poured her killer curves into the dramatic ensemble as she worked her best angles for the cameras.

She styled her honey blonde tresses into loose beachy waves which cascaded over her shoulders and complimented her full face of glamorous makeup that celebrated her glowing skin.

The stunning mathematician added a wash of soft brown eyeshadow to her eyelids which she complimented with lashings of black mascara and a swipe of nude pink lipstick.

This historic society event – which dates back to the early 19th century – has announced a new “inclusive” dress code this year which organisers hope will make spectators feel “confident and at ease” during their springtime event.

This means dresses, heels and hats are no longer mandatory as event executives hope to attract a younger crowd to the venue with jeans and trainers now part of the dress code.
