Cheryl has a new job – as a supplement ambassador.
The former Girls Aloud star is now the spokesperson and face of Feel Multivitamins and has a wealth of tips for those who may have piled on a few pounds over lockdown.
Cheryl, 37, advises people to buy a size up if they have gotten bigger, rather than squeeze into clothes that are too small and stress about it.
“Get the size 27 inch – no one cares!”, she said.
The mum of one also said that people need to alter their mindset around food, rather than punish themselves or go on fad diets.
Cheryl told Marie Claire: “Just live your life. If you want spaghetti Carbonara, have the spaghetti Carbonara. Nobody cares.
“You might have a little muffin at the end of the week, but nobody cares.
“We can be very, very harsh on ourselves. And for what?”
Cheryl also advocates moderation and treating yourself when you feel like it and to just “accept” it when your clothes don’t fit anymore.
She said that she allows herself a takeaway “once every week or second week” and skips meat for four days of the week and goes vegan instead.
It is believed Cheryl has made an investment into digital health company Feel and while she admitted she is “not a scientist” the products “blew her mind” because there is no bulking agents or nasties in them.
Cheryl told City AM: “I love everything they stand for, I love their knowledge, I love their ambition. I'm 20 years into my career, I'm looking for new things that I feel inspired by.
“I'm learning all the time and I’m interested. I want to be invested, I want to be in the developmental side, I want to be involved in the next packaging, that’s all stuff that excites me.”
Cheryl is mum to Bear, four, with ex Liam Payne, 27.
The pair are said to have an amicable relationship sharing bringing up Bear but the former One Direction star recently said he would be wary of his son going into showbusiness.
The 27-year-old told People: "I am very frightened about the idea of him entering the world that I'm in. I will never ever take for granted the position I'm in, I love it very much and I've been doing it for 11 years, but it's a lot to enter it so young,
