Chloe Ferry says ‘botched’ surgery ‘ruined her life’ after being ‘scarred’

Chloe Ferry has opened up about her “botched” fox eye lift and the impact it’s had on her mental health.

The 27-year-old Geordie Shore star told fans the procedure, which costs around £8,000, has left her with a “permanent scar.”

Chloe took to social media to share graphic videos and pictures of her face to warn people about the risks of “fox eye surgery”.

She recently shared that the treatment – which usually involves inserting biodegradable threads under the skin to lift the eyebrows and corners of the eyes – has left her with a “dint” on the side of her face.

The reality TV star said the scars, which remain on her face seven months after undergoing the fashionable procedure, have left her “so self-conscious”.

Talking to The Sun, she revealed she’s been “going through hell” since she had the procedure in January and suggested she may need a skin graft to fix the “dint”.

Discussing her experience, Chloe described going for the procedure as “one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made” and admitted she “really regrets” having it done.

Chloe added: “I’ve always had really good skin, I never get spots and now I have this dent on my face. It’s permanent.”

The reality star – who’s spent an estimated £50,000 on cosmetic procedures over the years – said she knew “something wasn’t right” after the fox eye lift treatment.

She said it “started pussing”, and her skin began to “ripple,” adding that she was later told she had an infection after having other symptoms, including a temperature.

“No one knows why it went wrong, but the doctors said it could’ve gone in my eye, which would be so much worse."

Chloe, 26, said she was prompted to share her story after former Big Brother contestant Ryan Ruckledge opened up about a similar experience during an appearance on This Morning in June.

She now wants to warn others about the risk of such a procedure and urged: “I’d pay to turn back time. But I can’t live in regret. I want other people to learn from my mistake.”
