In recent episodes, Aaron gave Summer his number after instigating a chat as they waited for the group to start.
Summer had been found slumped on the bench next to boxes of alcopops and assuming her to be drunk police took her down to the station.
When her friends called at the police station and told PC Craig Tinker how they suspected she might be suffering from her diabetes, her adoptive dad Billy rushed to the cells where he found her in a diabetic coma.
She later opened up to Billy about her her battle with bulimia and managing her type one diabetes.
The Corrie cast partied together at Manchester's Science and Industry Museum, in what was their first party since 2019 due to the pandemic.
The spring bash was held next to the old Granada Studios where the soap was filmed for over 50 years.
