Court papers have revealed that Danielle Lloyd branded Rebekah Vardy a 'rat' in a message sent to Coleen Rooney.
With the WAGS at war, the Wagatha Christie row continued this week, and, according to The Sun, Danielle Lloyd sent a text about Rebekah to Coleen, when everything came out back in 2019.
Model Danielle, 38, reportedly sent the message to her friend Coleen Rooney after she told the world that she believed it was Becky’s account which was behind the leaking of stories about her to the press.
Danielle, who was previously married to Tottenham player Jamie O'Hara, reportedly sent a message to Coleen at the time, saying: "She is rat feel ashamed for her," complete with a sick face emoji.
Real Housewives of Cheshire star Magali Gorre also chimed in and reportedly wrote: "What will her husband and family see her now – it’s it’s it’s shocking to me.
"How you find (sic) out was perfect," followed by an okay emoji, before concluding: “Still painful to find this out," with an angry emoji.
The messages were revealed in papers that were submitted to the High Court this week for the libel case between Becky and Coleen.
One message sent by Coleen the night before reads: "Don’t play games with a girl who can play better."
In the late autumn of 2019, Coleen took to Twitter to share her suspicions.
She said: "For a few years now someone who I trusted to follow me on my personal Instagram account has been consistently informing The Sun newspaper of my private posts and stories.
"There has been so much information given to them about me, my friends and my family – all without my permission or knowledge.
"After a long time of trying to figure out who it could be, for various reasons, I had a suspicion."
Coleen then went on to explain how she blocked every account from viewing her Instagram stories, except for one.
With only one account able to view her stories, Coleen explained that over a period of five months, she posted a series of fake stories to see if they were picked up by The Sun, and they were.
"The story about gender selection in Mexico, the story about returning to TV and then the latest story about the basement flooding in my new house."
She then said: "It's been tough keeping it to myself and not making any comment at all, especially when the stories have been leaked, however I had to. Now I know for certain which account / individual it's come from.
"I have saved and screenshotted all the original stories which clearly show just one person has viewed them."
Coleen then dropped the bombshell that led to her tweet becoming one of the most infamous of recent history: "It's……. Rebekah Vardy's account."
