Nearly one month after her latest single was released, the ‘Kiss Me More’ raptress complaints the copies of her ads placed on ‘walls around the city’ were stolen.
AceShowbiz –Doja Cat has called out those stealing promotional posters for her latest single. Upon finding out that many copies of her “Attention” advertisements had gotten stripped off the walls, the “Kiss Me More” raptress voiced her fury at the robber via social media.
The 27-year-old slammed the thief on her Instagram Story. “Stealing my advertisements off of the walls around the city is super f**ked up,” she ranted in the now-deleted Story. “We don’t put those up for free, so keep that in mind. You’re wack, and I don’t f**k with you if you’re doing that. Use your f**king brain.”
Doja Cat slammed those stealing promotional posters for her newly-released single ‘Attention’.
Doja’s Instagram rant was later reposted on Twitter by Pop Crave. The tweet did not take long to be flooded with comments. One user asked, “Does she really think people not gonna steal them? That’s like saying if you left a steak and salad in front a homeless man for 20 minutes that He isn’t gonna be hungry enough to steal it! Not everyone is rich enough to afford merch specially when you hanging it for free.”
Another pointed out, “Listen, if she would just spend time charging for shows, rather than showing her feet for free to white supremacists in chat rooms, then she wouldn’t have to complain about how expensive promo posters are.” A third suggested, “She has the option to buy a land and make her publishing on a private space instead of leaving it on the street, a public space.”
Doja’s tirade came nearly one month after she unleashed “Attention”. On June 16, she released the lead single of her fourth studio album, “First Of All”, along with its music video. It is her first solo release since her album titled “Planet Her” came out in 2021.
“Look at me, look at me, I’m naked,” she raps in the track. “Vulnerability earned me a lot of bacon/ I put a thong all in my a** and taught you how to shake it. I paid all my respect to those who taught me how to make it/ And now I reap the benefits with no confrontation/ Y’all fall into beef, but that’s another conversation.”
